摘要
目的:研究混合痔患者在PPH手术实施中药熏洗方与通理汤联合治疗的效果及作用。方法:选择2016年2月-2017年2月笔者所在医院接受PPH手术的混合痔患者84例为研究对象,按照用药方式不同随机分为试验组与参照组,每组42例。其中参照组采用西药灌肠并熏洗,试验组实施中药熏洗方与通理汤联合治疗,对比两组患者PPH术治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者收缩半径与静息半径差、术后8 h疼痛感评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组舒张半径与静息半径差、临床治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后24 h疼痛感评分、并发症发病率明显低于参照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过中药熏洗方与通理汤联合治疗,患者临床症状有所改善,并发症发病率得以显著降低,应予以临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect and effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation combined with Tongli Decoction in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids during PPH.Method:From February 2016 to February 2017,84 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent PPH operation in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to different medication methods,42 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine enema and fumigation,while the experimental group was given Chinese medicine fumigation and Tongli Decoction combined with Tongli Decoction.The therapeutic effects and complications of PPH in the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in systolic radius and resting radius,pain score at 8 hours after operation(P>0.05),the difference of diastolic radius and resting radius,total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score at 24 hours after operation and complication incidence in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of the patients are improved and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced by the combination of fumigation and washing recipe and Tongli Decoction,which shall be popularized in clinic.
