侧向旋转体位护理在吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中应用观察

摘要 目的:探究吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者采取侧向旋转体位护理对血气分析指标的影响。方法:选择2017年3月-10月期间在我院治疗的50例吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者作为对照组,选择2017年11月-2018年4月期间在我院治疗的50例吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者作为观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取侧向旋转体位护理,比较两组干预前后血气分析指标及胸部X光检查炎性片状阴影改善情况。结果:观察组干预后血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)水平高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,且胸部X光检查炎性片状阴影大面积吸收率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:侧向旋转体位护理应用于吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中可提高吸痰效果,促进血气指标改善,改善临床症状。 Objective:to explore the effect of lateral rotational nursing on blood gas analysis indexes in respiratory failure patients with aspiration pneumonia.Methods:in our hospital during March 2017 to October to treat 50 cases of aspiration pneumonia,respiratory failure patients as control group,the choice in November 2017-April 2018 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 50 cases of aspiration pneumonia patients with respiratory failure as observation group,control group adopted routine nursing care,observation group to take lateral revolving body care,compared two groups of blood gas analysis index before and after the intervention and chest X-ray inflammatory shape shadow to improve the situation.Results:after intervention,the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)was lower than those of the control group,and the mass absorption rate of inflammatory patchy shadows was higher than that of the control group by chest X-ray,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:lateral rotatory nursing can improve the effect of sputum aspiration,improve the index of blood and gas and improve the clinical symptoms.
