摘要
目的:探讨标准化管理在腹腔镜手术患儿围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年6月-2018年6月期间收治的择期进行腹腔镜脐环缝扎术的脐疝患儿80例,根据随机数表法分为两组,观察组40例,按照标准化护理管理模式护理;对照组40例,实行常规护理模式进行护理。比较两组患者疼痛程度及并发症。结果:观察组患儿疼痛程度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿围术期并发症发生率7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术护理中应用标准化护理管理模式,使护理工作的开展更加高效、标准、规范,提高护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized management in perioperative nursing of children undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Eighty children with umbilical hernia who underwent laparoscopic umbilical ring suture during the period from June 2017 to June 1818 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method and 40 patients in the observation group.Nursing management mode nursing;40 cases in the control group,the practice of regular nursing mode.The pain level and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The perioperative complication rate of the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than that of the control group(25.00%).The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing management mode in the nursing of laparoscopic surgery makes the development of nursing work more efficient,standard and standardized,and improves the quality of nursing.It is worthy of popularization and application.
