超微血管成像技术诊断颈部淋巴结病变的临床应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索超微血管成像技术诊断颈部淋巴结病变的临床应用价值分析。方法:收集我院2016年2月到2017年8月的颈部淋巴结病变患者400例,对比病理结果,比较400例颈部淋巴结病变患者应用二维灰阶超声联合彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)与二维灰阶超声联合超微血管成像技术(SMI)诊断颈部淋巴结病变的准确率。结果:400例颈部淋巴结患者其中恶性淋巴结有63例,包括淋巴瘤19例、转移性淋巴结44例,良性淋巴结337例;二维灰阶超声联合SMI的诊断准确率是88. 5%(354/400),二维灰阶超声联合CDFI的诊断准确率是76. 0%(304/400)。二维灰阶超声联合SMI的诊断准确率高于二维灰阶超声联合CDFI。结论:采用二维灰阶超声联合SMI的诊断方法相对于二维灰阶超声联合CDFI方法有较高的血管显示率,有助于提高颈部淋巴结病变的诊断率。 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of superb microvascular imaging in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node lesions.Methods:400 patients with cervical lymph node lesions in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were collected,the accuracy in diagnosis of 400 patients with cervical lymph node lesions were compared by two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with CDFI and two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with SMI.Results:Among 400 cervical lymph nodes,there were 337 benign lymph nodes and 63 malignant lymph nodea including 19 lymphoma and 44 metastasis of lymph node.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with SMI was 88.5%.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with CDFI was 76.0%.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with SMI was higher than that combined with CDFI.Conclusion:The vascular display of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography combined with SMI was higher than that combined with CDFI,which is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of cervical lymph node lesions.
