摘要
目的:利用彩色多普勒超声来测定子官内膜的厚度,探讨其对于鉴别诊断早期异位妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法:将130例研究对象分为正常妊娠组、自然流产组和异位妊娠组。对三组患者子宫内膜厚度进行测量比较。结果:流产组患者和异位妊娠组患者与正常组患者内膜厚度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜的厚度对于早期诊断异位妊娠具有较高的准确性,有助于临床诊断。
Objective:To determine the thickness of endometrium by color Doppler ultrasonography and to explore its clinical value in differential diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:130 cases were divided into normal pregnancy group,spontaneous abortion group and ectopic pregnancy group.The endometrial thickness of the three groups was measured and compared.Results:There were significant differences in intimal thickness between abortion group and ectopic pregnancy group and normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endometrial thickness detected by color Doppler ultrasonography has high accuracy for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and is helpful for clinical diagnosis.
