摘要
为保证使用人员、实验样品及环境不被污染,在进一步验证安全柜的生物防护性能的同时,探究出更适用于现场检验的实验方法。通过微生物法和碘化钾法的对比研究,针对产品和交叉污染保护的碘化钾实验方法进行探究。
In order to ensure that the use of personnel,experimental samples and the environment are not polluted,the biological protection performance of the safety cabinet is further verified,and the experimental methods applied to the field test are explored.The experimental method of potassium iodide was studied by microbiological method and potassium iodide method.
