摘要
目的探讨快速康复理念在肺癌手术护理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年10月—2017年10月我院收治的肺癌患者72例为研究对象,依据护理方式将这72例患者分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理服务,观察组在对照组基础上加用快速康复理念,对比两组护理成效。结果对照组和观察组患者护理满意程度差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者接受护理前不存在生活质量上的差异(P> 0.05),观察组患者护理后生活质量明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间和住院时间,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将快速康复理念应用于肺癌患者围术期,既可提高患者对护理工作的满意程度和生活质量,也可改善手术指标。
Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation in lung cancer surgery.Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,72 patients with lung cancer were selected and divided into control group treated with routine nursing service and observation group treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation on the basis of the control according to nursing mode.The results of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).There was no difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation to patients with lung cancer during perioperative period can not only improve the degree of satisfaction and quality of life of patients with lung cancer,but also improve the index of operation.
