摘要
目的观察加味二陈汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰浊壅肺型)的临床疗效。方法将我科收治的42例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰浊壅肺型)患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各21例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合加味二陈汤内服,1周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.5%,对照组为71.4%,2组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味二陈汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰浊壅肺型)的临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the modified Erchen decoction in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type).Methods 42 patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Erchen decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after one week.Results The total effective rate was 90.5%in the treatment group and 71.4%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Erchen decoction is effective in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type).
