摘要
运用对比研究、数据分析、专家访谈等方法,总结英国在东京奥运周期前期的备战策略及变化趋势,预测英国实现其东京奥运目标的可能性。主要结论:一方面,英国的东京备战工作正在稳步推进,包括继续坚持以夺牌潜力为导向的投资策略、启动史上最大规模选才计划、建立史上最大型赛前训练营、有效利用各类科研保障手段等;另一方面,英国又出台了多项改革举措,例如全面推进体育治理规范化、重视运动员心理建设、加强运动员保障工作并计划在东京奥运会后实施竞技体育投资新战略。英国是东京奥运会奖牌榜前三名的有力竞争者之一;而面对中、俄、日、法等竞争对手,英国在东京奥运会上继续保持奖牌榜第二位置的可能性不是太大。
The methods of comparative research,statistical analysis and expert interview have been applied in this paper to summarize Great Britain’s new strategies in this Olympic cycle and predict the possibility for Great Britain to realize its goal as regard to 2020 Tokyo Olympics.The conclusions are:on one hand,Great Britain is steadily carrying out the preparation work for Tokyo Olympic Games,including adhering to medal-oriented investment strategies,initiating a talent identification plan of the largest scale ever,establishing the biggest pre-Games training camp,and making good use of science and technology;on the other hand,Great Britain is pushing forward some reforms,including promoting the standardization of sports governance,attaching great importance to athletes’mental health and welfare,and planning to revise the investment strategy after Tokyo Olympics.Great Britain will be an important competitor for ranking the top three on the medal tally in 2020 Olympics,but in face with several rivals,it will be hard for GB team to retain its second ranking.
