摘要
随着我国教育市场化改革不断深入,为我国教育创新发展注入了新的动力,同时也迫使各类型教育培训机构之间的生源竞争愈加激烈,而武术因其特殊的教育性质,与其它教育相比,所面临的压力挑战更大;然而,目前针对武术教育培训机构招生相关理论研究十分匮乏,空缺面较大,武术教育培训机构已成为我国武术文化推广与发展的重要途径,具有较高的研究空间与价值。基于此,运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查等科研方法,从营销学视角梳理武术教育培训机构招生现状以及分析制约其发展的关键因素,并提出一些针对性招生策略的建议。武术教育培训机构经营者应以确保自身教育质量为前提,树立营销运营理念、善于制定营销策略,有效整合可用资源,提高经营效益。
With the continuous deepening of China's educational marketization reform,it has injected new impetus into the development of education innovation in China.It has also forced fierce competition among various types of education and training institutions.Wushu,due to its special educational nature,is facing greater pressure and challenge compared with other education institutes.However,there is a lack of relevant theoretical research on the recruitment of Wushu education and training institutions and the vacancy is relatively large.The Wushu education and training institutions have become an important approach for the promotion and development of Wushu culture in China,with are of great research space and value.Based on this,from the perspective of marketing,this paper uses literature,expert interviews,field surveys and other scientific research methods to sort out the status of Wushu education and training institutions recruitment and analyze the key factors restricting its development,and put forward some targeted recruitment strategies.Operators of Wushu education and training institutions should take the premise of ensuring their own education quality,establish a marketing operation concept,be good at formulating marketing strategies,effectively integrate available resources,and improve operating efficiency.
