摘要
为实现对风板的精确控制,搭建了风板控制装置。用两个轴流风机产生不同的风力,控制风板沿固定轴旋转,用高精度角位移传感器测量风板的旋转角度,构成一个闭环系统。将测量角度与设定角度进行比较,得到角度偏差,用位置PID控制轴流风机的转速。通过实验法确定P、I、D的参数,使风板能够停在设定角度上。测试结果表明:该方法具有精度高、响应速度快、鲁棒性好等优点。
In order to realize the precise control of the wind board,a wind panel control device is set up.Two axial fans are used to generate different wind forces,and the control plate is rotated along the fixed axis.The angle of rotation of the wind plate is measured by a high precision angular displacement sensor,and a closed loop system is formed.By comparing the measuring angle with the setting angle,the angle offset is obtained,and the rotational speed of the axial fan is controlled by proportion integral derivative(PID)to control position.The parameter P is proportional amplification factor,I is integral coefficient,and D is differential coefficient,they are determined by experimental method,so that the wind plate can be fixed at the setting angle.The test results show that this method has the advantages of high precision,fast response and good robustness.
