摘要
目的探讨四妙勇安汤加减对心血瘀阻型慢性稳定型心绞痛心肌缺血患者的临床效果。方法 80例心血瘀阻型慢性稳定型心绞痛心肌缺血患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上使用四妙勇安汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的缺血次数、缺血时间、缺血总负荷。结果治疗前,两组患者的缺血次数、缺血时间、缺血总负荷比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的缺血次数、缺血时间、缺血总负荷均较本组治疗前改善,且试验组缺血次数(2.9±2.3)次/24 h、缺血时间(18.7±8.1)min/24 h、缺血总负荷(45.2±13.6)(mm·min)/24 h均优于对照组的(4.0±2.0)次/24 h、(23.0±8.9)min/24 h、(55.2±11.0)(mm·min)/24 h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用四妙勇安汤加减对心血瘀阻型慢性稳定型心绞痛心肌缺血患者进行治疗,可以明显改善患者的心肌缺血情况,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Simiao Yongan decoction on myocardial ischemia of patients with cardiac blood stasis type of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 80 myocardial ischemia patients with cardiac blood stasis type of chronic stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the experimental group received addition and subtraction of Simiao Yongan decoction on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on ischemic frequency, ischemic time, total ischemic load between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in ischemic frequency, ischemic time, total ischemic load (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had improved ischemic frequency, ischemic time, total ischemic load than those before treatment, and the experimental group had ischemic frequency as (2.9±2.3) times /24 h, ischemic time as (18.7±8.1) min/24 h and total ischemic load as (45.2±13.6)(mm·min)/24 h than ( 4.0±2.0) times /24 h,( 23.0±8.9) min/24 h and (55.2± 11.0)(mm·min)/24 h in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Simiao Yongan decoction on myocardial ischemia of patients with cardiac blood stasis type of chronic stable angina pectoris can obviously improve their myocardial ischemia and improve the quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
