Effects of Different Formula Substrates on Root Activity, Nitrogen Utilization, Yield and Quality of Chives

摘要 以"寿光独根红"韭菜品种为试材,设5个基质配方(体积比),分别为菌渣∶稻壳∶牛粪∶沙子=6∶0∶1∶1(T1),菌渣∶稻壳∶牛粪∶沙子=4∶2∶1∶1(T2),菌渣∶稻壳∶牛粪∶沙子=3∶3∶1∶1(T3),菌渣∶稻壳∶牛粪∶沙子=2∶4∶1∶1(T4),菌渣∶稻壳∶牛粪∶沙子=0∶6∶1∶1(T5),研究不同配方基质对韭菜根系活力、氮素利用及产量和品质的影响。结果表明:韭菜根系活力T4处理前三茬均为最高, T3处理次之,第四茬略低于T3但二者差异不显著。T4和T3处理的总产量、氮素积累量均显著高于其他处理,但二者无显著差异。T3处理VC含量最高,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量以T4处理为最高。综合考虑产量和品质因素,本试验条件下T3、T4为韭菜优质高产的栽培基质配方。 In order to study different formula substrates on root activity, nitrogen utilization, yield and quality of chives, the chives cultivar Shouguang Dugenhong was used as test material, and five mixed organic substrate formula with mushroom dregs, rice husk, cattle manure and river sand were set as T1 (6∶ 0∶ 1∶ 1), T2 (4∶ 2∶ 1∶ 1), T3 (3∶ 3∶ 1∶ 1), T4 (2∶ 4∶ 1∶ 1) and T5(0∶ 6∶ 1∶ 1). The results showed that the root activity of chives under T4 treatment reached the highest in the first to third crop, followed by T3 treatment;it was lower in the fourth crop compared with T3 treatment, but there was no significant difference between them. The total yield, nitrogen accumulation under T4 and T3 treatments were significantly higher than those of the other treatments, but there were no significant differences between them. The V C content under T3 treatment reached the highest, while the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents were the highest under T4 treatment. Considering the yield and quality, the formula T3 and T4 were optimum for chives cultivation.
