摘要
本试验以K326为材料,采用人工气候箱模拟自然环境气候条件,在烟草成熟期进行不同UV-B辐射处理,研究其对烟叶质体色素、多酚类物质、有机酸、糖和烟碱等次生代谢产物含量积累与变化的影响。结果表明:增强UV-B辐射会使烟草的主要次生代谢产物质体色素、多酚类物质、有机酸、烟碱含量增加,水溶性糖、还原糖含量减少。但不同UV-B辐射强度对烟草次生代谢产物的影响各异,其中高强度较低强度UV-B辐射其质体色素、多酚类、有机酸含量有所下降,而烟碱和糖类含量则随辐射强度的增强分别呈现递增、递减趋势。
The artificial climate box was used to simulate the natural environment and climate conditions, and different UV-B radiation treatments were performed in the mature period of tobacco with K326 as material. The accumulation and changes of secondary metabolites such as plastids, polyphenols, organic acids, sugar and nicotine were studied. The results showed that enhanced UV-B radiation could increase the content of plastids, polyphenols, organic acids and nicotine, but reduce the content of water-soluble sugars and reducing sugars in tobacco leaves. There were different effects of different UV-B radiation intensities on secondary metabolites. The content of plastids, polyphenols and organic acids was lower under high intensity of UV-B radiation compared with low intensity. The nicotine content increased gradually, while the sugar content decreased with the enhancement of radiation intensity.
