摘要
目前机械自动化的程度已经有了明显提升,而为保证与提升机械设备在企业生产、经营中的工作效率,应做好机械设备的保养与管理工作,以减少设备的报废率,增加使用年限。在机械设备的保养与管理中,很多企业缺乏对这方面的认识,缺乏规范的机械设备管理制度,导致机械设备在长期的运行下出现故障问题,且机械设备的维修成本增加。论文就怎样提升机械设备的保养与管理进行了分析。
At present,the degree of mechanical automation has been significantly improved,and in order to ensure and enhance the efficiency of mechanical equipment in the production and operation of enterprises,it is necessary to do a good job in the maintenance and management of mechanical equipment,so as to reduce the scrap rate of equipment and increase its service life.In the maintenance and management of machinery and equipment,many enterprises lack the understanding of this aspect and the standardized management system of machinery and equipment,which leads to the failure of machinery and equipment in long-term operation and increases the maintenance cost of machinery and equipment.This paper analyzes how to improve the maintenance and management of machinery and equipment.
