摘要
新时代大学生公仆精神涵摄了信仰坚定、立志为公、批判继承、开拓创新、爱岗敬业、服务人民的德性要求。培养新时代大学生公仆精神,既是培育人民公仆的基本要求和培育时代新人的必然要求,也是培育青年马克思主义者的客观需要。新时代,培养大学生公仆精神的基本思路为:一是因势利导,引导大学生自觉树立公仆意识;二是以文化人,增强灌输教育与自觉学习的合力效应;三是倡导实践,促使公仆精神在大学生心中"落地生根"。
In the New Era,the connotations of college students'public servant spirit are firm belief,determination to serve the public,critical inheritance of traditions,pioneering and innovative mindset,dedication to duty and serving the people.To cultivate the public servant spirit in college students in the New Era is the requirement not only for training public servants and educating new generations but also for cultivating young Marxists.The following are the basic ideas of developing college students'public servant spirit.First,educators should make the best use of favorable conditions and guide students to develop the spirit consciously.Second,educators must exert cultural influence on students and improve the resultant effect of instilled education and self-motivated learning.Finally,educators must strongly advocate practice,which helps public servant spirit be deeply rooted in college students'mind.
