阿奇霉素联合顺尔宁治疗MPP的疗效及对免疫功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合顺尔宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的疗效及对患儿血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响。方法随机将120例MPP患儿分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组给予阿奇霉素^+顺尔宁治疗。治疗后评价疗效及安全性,比较两组治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IgM、IgG、IgA及CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的变化。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(81.67%)(P <0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平、IgA、IgM、CD8^+均显著下降,IgG、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著上升,且治疗组改善幅度均大于对照组(P <0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论阿奇霉素联合顺尔宁治疗小儿MPP安全有效,其机制可能与其抑制炎症反应,改善机体免疫功能有关。 Objective To explore the efficacy of azithromycin combined with Singulair in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) in children and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and immune functions. Methods A total of 120 children with MPP were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group (n=60, respectively). The control group was treated with azithromycin, while the treatment group was treated with azithromycin plus Singulair. The efficacy and safety after the treatment were evaluated. The changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), IgM, IgG, IgA, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.67%)(P < 0.05);after the treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, IgA, IgM and CD8+ in the serum of the two groups decreased significantly, while IgG, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly, and the improvement of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group (P < 0.05);there were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Singulair is safe and effective in the treatment of MPP in children. Its mechanism may be related to its inhibition of inflammatory reaction and improvement of immune function.
