摘要
目的通过围绕我院临床支持系统开展工作情况进行分析。方法对我院开展临床支持系统工作的静脉用药调配中心、临床护理支持中心和消毒供应中心近年来工作运行情况和可能出现的工作问题进行分析。结果利用我院的满意度调查表进行满意度调查,共计发放满意度调查表287份,收回286份,收回率99.7%。结果统计显示满意度为100%,这也保证了2016年全年我院院内感染及输液差错发生率为零。结论临床支持系统的建立使更多的护理人员从事非护理专业的工作解放出来,把更多的时间和精力投入到护理工作中去,不仅满足了临床工作,也使优质护理服务内涵得到进一步深化。
Objective To discuss the clinical support system service of the yan'an hospital of Kunming city.Methods To analyze the current status of clinical support system of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services Center,Clinical Nursing Support Center and Central Sterilization Supply Department within the hospital through distributing the satisfaction questionnaire survey.Results 287 satisfaction survey forms had been given out and 286 of them had been received with answers.The returning rate was 99.7%and it showed the satisfaction degree was 100%.This had ensured the incidence rate of hospital infection and intravenous infusion error remained zero in 2016.Conclusion The establishment of the clinical support system has saved the workload of nurses from non-nursing work so that they have more time and energy to really take care of the patients.This approach has not only met the work needs of the clinical setting,but also enhanced the value of quality nursing care.
