摘要
通过对比研究市场上现有光伏接线盒的散热性能,对接线盒进行改进,从盒盖形状、散热模式、焊接方式三方面考虑,创新光伏接线盒组件,使之成为能够大幅度提高能源效率的工具,在太阳能电池进行光电效应时,避免大量的热量堆积,导致效率降低,并且从环保和便捷角度,新接线盒将具有取材简便、制作简单等特点,在绿色、环保、可持续发展中发挥重要作用。
Through comparative study the cooling performance of existing pv junction box on the market,to improve the terminal block,from the lid shape,cooling mode,the three welding way into consideration,innovation pv junction box components,making it the tool can greatly improve energy efficiency,while the solar cell for the photoelectric effect,avoid a lot of heat accumulation,leading to low efficiency,and from the perspective of environmental protection and convenience,the new terminal block is simple and easy,simple and other materials,in the green,environmental protection,sustainable development play an important role.
