摘要
简述蒙古国NS选煤厂的工艺流程及其入选原煤的煤质特性,从重介分选系统、粗煤泥分选回收及粗煤泥回收等方面介绍该选煤厂工艺系统的灵活性,重点介绍工艺系统中设置的6个选择性控制点,体现了生产过程中其工艺流程可随煤质变化而及时选择性切换,具有适应性强的特点。
This paper introduced the process flow of NS coal preparation plant in Mongolia,and the coal quality characteristics of raw coal washed,from aspects such as heavy medium sorting system,coarse coal slime sorting and recycling and coarse coal slime recovery,the process system feasibility of NS coal preparation plant was introduced,the 6 selective control points set in process system were focused,which meant that in the production process,the process could be selectively changed with the change of coal quality,it had good adaptability.
