摘要
针对传统拖拉机地头转弯半径大,转弯稳定性差的问题,从前轮转向和四轮转向拖拉机运动学比较分析入手,研究四轮转向拖拉机转弯运动状态;通过引入了Gim轮胎模型,建立了四轮转向拖拉机的动力学模型,借助Matlab/Simulink仿真环境,对其转向稳定性进行了仿真。用实验室样机进行试验,并与仿真结果对比,对比结果表明:四轮转向系统减小了拖拉机的转弯半径,提高了操作系统的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of large radius and poor stability of the tractor, based on the comparison of the front wheel turning and four-wheel steering tractor kinematics, this paper studies the turning motion of four-wheel steering tractor. By introducing the Gim tire model, a four-wheel and the steering stability of the tractor is simulated by Matlab/Simulink simulation environment. The experimental results are compared with the simulation results. The results show that the four - wheel steering system reduces the turning radius of the tractor and improves the stability of the operating system.
