摘要
针对磁流变阻尼器动力学模型中的未知参数,采用阻尼最小二乘法进行参数识别。推导了剪切阀式磁流变阻尼器的数学模型并进行动力特性仿真,通过仿真结果分析,提出磁流变阻尼器非线性Bingham参数模型,利用阻尼最小二乘法识别出非线性Bingham模型的参数,得到磁流变阻尼器动力模型。通过动力模型仿真验证,结果表明非线性模型可以准确的描述磁流变阻尼器的动力特性,说明阻尼最小二乘法能有效的识别非线性参数模型,为磁流变阻尼器在汽车碰撞缓冲吸能应用方面奠定了基础。
In view of the unknown parameters of the dynamic model of magnetorheological damper, the damping least square method is used to identify. The mathematical model of the shear valve type magnetorheological damper is derived and the dynamic characteristics are simulated. Based on the simulation results, the nonlinear Bingham parameter model of magnetorheological damper is proposed, and the parameters of the nonlinear Bingham model are identified by using the damped least square method, and the dynamic model of the magnetorheological damper is obtained.Through the simulation of the dynamic model, the results show that the nonlinear parameter model can accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of magnetorheological damper, and the damping least square method can effectively identify the nonlinear parameters model. The present work laid the foundation for the application of magnetorheological damper in automobile collision buffer energy absorption.
