摘要
发展中国家目前将矿产的勘测和开发作为经济发展的重点,中国的经济发展水平逐渐在新形势之下迅速提升,矿产的勘查和开发却仍然处于相对比较落后的发展态势,这是由于我国长期以来的勘测是以经验为主,而在专业技能和水平的提升上相对比较薄弱。因此,研发出新形势之下的地质矿产开采技术,是目前地质矿产勘查人员和机构所面临的重要研究课题。
At present, mineral exploration and development are the focus of economic development in developing countries. China's economic development level is gradually rising rapidly under the new situation, but mineral exploration and development is still in a relatively backward development situation. This is due to the fact that China's long-term exploration is based on experience, while the promotion of professional skills and level is relatively weak. Therefore, the research and development of geological and mineral mining technology under the new situation is an important research topic faced by geological and mineral prospectors and institutions.
