小回沟煤矿巷道修复施工

摘要 小回沟煤矿井下巷道采用"锚网索喷"联合支护,埋深由不足400m逐步延深到700m时,矿压不断增大,加之所揭露的巷道围岩节理、裂隙发育,造成巷道成形较差,已掘巷道顶底板及两帮围岩出现明显变形和失稳破坏现象。为确保矿井永久巷道的整体稳定性,恢复巷道围岩完整性,提高围岩承载能力,采用"巷道围岩注浆+补打锚索"的支护方式,对破坏巷道加以修复。巷道修复后,无变形破坏现象,效果良好。 In Xiaohuigou Mine,a combined support with “bolt/steel mesh/anchor cable/shotcreting” was applied to the underground mine roadway.When the depth of the underground mine roadway was steadily deepened from less 400 m to 700 m,the mine rock pressure was continuously increased,the surrounding rock joint and the crack development of the mine roadway caused poor formation of the mine roadway and the roof and floor of the roadway as well as the surrounding rock along the two sides of the roadway had obvious deformation and unstable failure phenomenon.In order to ensure the overall stability of the permanent roadway in the underground mine,to recovery the integrity of the surrounding rock along the two sides of the mine roadway and to improve the loading capacity of the surrounding rock,the support method of “the grouting in the surrounding rock of the mine roadway + the anchor cable rebuilding” was applied to repair the failure roadway.After the mine roadway repaired,there was no deformation failure phenomenon occurred and the repair effect was excellent.
