摘要
目的:探讨基于人流后关爱流程的动机性访谈在人工流产中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2017年8月在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院行人工流产的500例患者,随机分为两组,对照组250例行流产后关爱(PAC)标准流程,观察组250例在PAC基础上采取动机性访谈。对比两组患者术后1、3、6、12个月的高效避孕措施的使用率、术后12个月的重复流产率、手术前后的负性情绪。结果:观察组术后1、3、6、12个月的高效避孕措施使用率均高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组术后12个月的重复流产率低于对照组(P<0.01),术后两组孕妇的负性情绪(焦虑抑郁评分)均下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:基于人流后关爱流程的动机性访谈可以缓解孕妇的负性情绪,促进其选择高效避孕措施,降低重复流产的发生。
Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of motivational interview based on post abortion care in induced abortion.Methods:500 patients with induced abortion from June 2017 to August 2017 in NanShan Maternity&Child Healthcare Hospital of Shenzhen were randomly divided into two groups.There were 250 patients in the control group was treated with(PAC)standard procedure after abortion.There were 250 patients in the observation group were interviewed on the basis of PAC.Compare two groups of patients after surgery1,3,6,12months of effective contraceptive use,and12 months after the repeated abortion rate,and negative emotions before and after surgery.Results:The observation group after after surgery1,3,6,12months of effective contraceptive use rate than that in the control group(P<0.01),12 months after the rate of repeated abortion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),the negative emotion(anxiety and depression score)of the pregnant women in the two groups decreased after operation(P<0.01),The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The motivational interview based on post abortion care can alleviate the negative emotion of pregnant women,promote their choice of effective contraception,and reduce the occurrence of repeated abortion.
