摘要
等通道挤压(ECAP)技术包括平面转角挤压、扭转/螺旋挤压,在细晶及超细晶材料的制备方面具有显著优势。采用专利分析法,检索、筛选、统计1975-2017年这两类等通道挤压技术的专利申请情况,以及与其密切相关的多通路挤压和变通道挤压专利申请情况;分析了专利申请量、申请地域分布、申请人、申请领域等指标。结果表明:等通道挤压技术已成为研究热点,专利申请量在全球范围内呈增长趋势,我国申请量位居第一;我国等通道挤压技术专利申请人主要集中在高校和科研院所,表明该技术尚处于理论研究和实验阶段;等通道挤压技术各分支的交叉融合能够有效实现优势互补,使该技术得以持续研发。
Equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)technologies include plane angular pressing and twist/screw pressing,which have significant advantages in the preparation of fine grained and ultrafine grained materials.Patent analysis method is used for the search,filtering and statistics on patent applications of these two ECAP technologies,as well as closely related technologies including multi-channel pressing and variable-channel pressing from the year 1975 to 2017.Indexes including application amount,application regional distribution,applicants and application fields are analyzed.The results show that,the ECAP technology has become a research hotspot,its patent application amount is increasing worldwide,in which China ranks first;patent applicants of ECAP technology in China are mainly concentrated in universities and research institutes,indicating that the technology is still in the stage of theoretical research and experiment;the cross integration of various branches of ECAP technology can effectively achieve complementary advantages,which makes the ECAP technology be developed continuously.
