摘要
目的:探讨慢性病联合门诊在难治性高血压患者中应用的效果。方法:收治难治性高血压患者240例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规门诊治疗,试验组采取慢性病联合门诊措施,对两组患者血压控制情况、治疗依从性和治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者的血压控制情况、治疗效果和治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对难治性高血压患者采取慢性病联合门诊措施,可以显著提高治疗效果,并且可以显著改善患者的血压情况和治疗依从性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of chronic diseases combined with outpatient service in patients with refractory hypertension.Methods:A total of 240 refractory hypertensive patients were selected,they were randomly divided equally into the two groups,the control group was given routine outpatient treatment,and the experimental group was treated with chronic disease combined with outpatient treatment,the blood pressure control,treatment compliance and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The blood pressure control,treatment effect and treatment compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of chronic diseases and outpatient care for patients with refractory hypertension can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,and can significantly improve the blood pressure and treatment compliance of patients.
