摘要
目的:探讨复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌制剂治疗小儿功能性消化不良的效果。方法:收集2017年6月—2018年3月来我院接受治疗的50例患儿的临床资料。按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组:复方消化酶胶囊治疗。观察组:复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌制剂双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。观察患儿症状改善时间、基本症状积分变化情况。结果:观察组症状改善时间低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组干预后腹胀、胃脘痛、纳差少食、不易消化积分均低于干预前和对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组干预前餐后30min、餐后60min胃排空率对比,P>0.05;观察组和对照组干预后餐后30min、餐后60min胃排空率均高于干预前,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组干预后餐后60min胃排空率高于干预前和对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组干预前胃窦、胃底、小弯频率对比,P>0.05;观察组和对照组干预后餐后胃窦、胃底、小弯频率均高于干预前,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组和对照组干预后胃窦、胃底、小弯频率对比,P>0.05。结论:复方消化酶胶囊联合益生菌制剂治疗小儿功能性消化不良,能够快速改善患儿症状,改善患儿症状积分。
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with probiotics on functional dyspepsia in children.Methods:50 children received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group,the control group with compound digestive enzyme capsules treatment,and the observation group with compound digestive enzyme capsules combined with probiotics live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets treatment.The improvement time of symptoms and the change of basic symptom scores were observed.Results:The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distention,epigastralgia,poor appetite and indigestion in the observation group were significantly lower than those before and after the intervention(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate of observation group and control group at 30 minutes before and 60 minutes after meal was higher than that before meal(P<0.05);the gastric emptying rate of observation group and control group at 30 minutes after meal and 60 minutes after meal was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05);the gastric emptying rate of observation group at 60 minutes after meal was higher than that before intervention and control group(P<0.05).The frequencies of antrum,fundus and minor curvature in observation group and control group before intervention did not show any difference,P >0.05;the frequencies of antrum,fundus and minor curvature in observation group and control group after intervention were higher than those before intervention,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the frequencies of antrum,fundus and minor curvature in observation group and control group after intervention did not show any difference,P >0.05.Conclusion:Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule combined with probiotics in the treatment of children with fun
