摘要
目的探讨中药滋阴活血方治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法选取高血压合并冠心病患者100例,随机分为研究组与对照组各50例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,研究组采用中药滋阴活血方治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后中医症候评分、高血压及冠心病临床疗效,以及随访1年预后情况。结果治疗后,2组患者头痛眩晕、胸胁胀满、肾气亏损、畏寒肢冷等中医症候评分显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组患者高血压临床疗效总有效率92. 0%,显著高于对照组76. 0%(P <0. 05)。研究组患者冠心病总有效率88. 0%,显著高于对照组70. 0%(P <0. 05)。对2组患者随访1年,研究组死亡率2. 0%,显著低于对照组6. 0%(P <0. 05)。研究组高血压合并冠心病再发率4. 0%,显著低于对照组14. 0%(P <0. 05)。结论中药滋阴活血方治疗冠心病合并高血压患者安全有效,可显著缓解临床症状,有效降低、控制患者血压,保护患者心血管系统,改善动脉血管硬化。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ziyin Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and CHD were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the study group was treated with Ziyin Huoxue Prescription.The scores of TCM symptoms,therapeutic effect of hypertension and CHD before and after treatment,and the prognosis after 1-year follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as headache and dizziness,chest and hypochondriac swelling,deficiency of kidney qi and cold-frightened limbs decreased significantly in both groups,and those in study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hypertension in the study group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of CHD in the study group was 88.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate in the study group was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than 6.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of hypertension complicated with CHD in the study group was 4.0%,which was significantly lower than 14.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Huoxue Prescription is safe and effective in treating patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,effectively reduce and control blood pressure,protect patients′cardiovascular system,and improve arteriosclerosis.
