摘要
Kras蛋白作为肿瘤"开关",参与了大多数肿瘤的突变。本文对Kras基本特性进行了初步地分析,通过分析Kras氨基酸组成、疏水性表明Kras蛋白具有酸性蛋白质、胶原蛋白、核蛋白、能量蛋白、一些RNA结合模体等特征,整体呈现亲水性。利用MEGA软件进行Kras系统发育分析,结果表明人Kras与大鼠、小鼠的Kras亲缘关系高度相近。使用PSORTII分析工具对Kras亚细胞定位进行预测,表明Kras蛋白主要分布在细胞质中。
Kras protein,as the"switch"of tumor,is involved in the mutation of most tumors.In this paper,the basic characteristics of kras are analyzed.By analyzing the amino acid composition and hydrophobicity of kras,it is shown that kras protein has the characteristics of acidic protein,collagen protein,nucleoprotein,energy protein,some RNA binding motifs,etc.and is hydrophilic as a whole.The phylogenetic analysis of KRAS is made by MEGA software,it showed that the relationship between human KRAS and rats and mice was highly similar.The prediction of Kras subcellular localization by PSORT II analysis tool showed that Kras protein was mainly distributed in cytoplasm.
