摘要
研究对象:炭黑预分散混炼工艺在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶生产中的应用;研究方法:试验分析法;研究结果:炭黑预分散混炼工艺相对于传统常规混炼工艺而言,具有较高的适用性,可有效提升胶料物理性能,增强全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶生产质量,促进成品轮胎耐久性的提升。
Research object:Application of carbon black pre-dispersion mixing technology in tread rubber production of all steel TBR tire;Research methods:Test analysis method.Research results:the carbon black pre-dispersion mixing process has higher applicability than the traditional conventional mixing process,which can effectively improve the physical properties of rubber compound,enhance the production quality of tread rubber of all-steel TBR tire and promote the durability of finished tire.
