摘要
在进行焦炭或者煤炭运输作业时,经常会有皮带机的胶带被损坏的情形,如果损坏后得不到及时的修复,将会造成很严重的后果,甚至出现整条胶带,皮带机严重受损的重大事故。那么该如何分析胶带受损原因并进行及时的修补,避免皮带机运输作业受到中止,是我们需要着重探讨的问题。基于此,本文从皮带机损伤的主要形式及其重要性出发,探讨了皮带机胶带修补技术的实际应用。
During the transport operation of coke or coal,the belt of the belt conveyor is often damaged.If the belt is not repaired in time after the damage,it will cause serious consequences,even a major accident of serious damage to the entire belt and the belt conveyor.So how to analyze the cause of the damage of the belt and repair it in time to avoid the suspension of the belt conveyor transportation is a problem that need us to focus on.Based on this,this paper discusses the practical application of belt repair technology from the point of view of the main forms and importance of the damage of belt conveyor.
