摘要
教育扶贫有利于增强贫困人口内生发展动力、阻止贫困代际传递,大数据技术的发展使扶贫对象识别更精准、扶贫措施更有针对性。在经济由高速向高质量增长的新常态下,应运用大数据技术和理念有效化解教育精准扶贫过程中存在的主要不足,进一步创新扶贫理念,提升教育精准扶贫的层次与水平,通过制度建设、构建信息管理平台等途径优化教育精准扶贫机制,实现与产业扶贫、电子商务扶贫等方式的良性互动。在政府主导下通过增加投入、完善监管机制及保障数据安全等具体举措,可以提升教育扶贫的层次与效果,如期实现2020年现有标准下全部贫困人口脱贫的预期目标。
The education poverty alleviation is conducive to strengthening the inner growth drivers for the poverty-stricken people and to preventing poverty succession between generations.The big data technology makes possible the more precise identification of the object and better targeted measures of poverty alleviation.In the new normal of economy which has shifted its focus from high speed to high quality,the technology and concepts of big data should be applied to overcome the shortcomings in the education poverty alleviation,so as to have more innovative ideas and improve the alleviation work.It is necessary to optimize the education poverty alleviation mechanism by means of improving the system and constructing data management platform,thus securing positive interactions among different ways such as industry poverty alleviation and e-commerce poverty alleviation.In the meantime,under the leadership of the government,specific initiatives such as increasing the investment,improving the monitoring mechanism and securing data safety could be taken to improve the effectiveness so as to complete the objectives of poverty alleviation as scheduled.
