摘要 现有的24脉自耦变压整流器,输出端需要大量平衡电抗器来保证4组整流桥同时工作,系统较复杂。针对此问题,提出D型不对称24脉自耦变压整流器结构,输出端无需平衡电抗器,且自耦变压器每相仅需4个绕组,结构简单,系统复杂性低。该结构通过合理设计变压器一次、二次侧匝数,得到4组幅值不等的三相电压,构成24个幅值相同、相位依次相差15°的电压相量,送至4组整流桥,形成24脉输出电压。理论推导变压器的一次、二次绕组匝数关系、绕组电流和等效容量,并通过改变自耦变压器二次绕组的绕制位置、同名端,以及一次绕组中间抽头位置,给出了该结构的8种变压器联结方式及性能参数,验证了该设计中所选变压器联结方式具有一定的优势。最后通过仿真和实验验证了该结构的可行性。 The existing 24-pulse autotransformer rectifier needs a large number of balanced reactors to ensure that the four sets of rectifier bridges work at the same time,which is complex.To solve this problem,a D-type asymmetric 24-pulse autotransformer rectifier structure is presented.There are no balance reactors at the output side and only 4 windings per phase in the transformer.The structure is simple and the system complexity is low.With proper designation of the primary and secondary side turns,the structure can output four groups of three-phase voltage with different amplitudes.These four sets of three-phase voltages make up 24 phase voltage vectors with the same amplitude and phase-difference of 15°,then across four rectifier bridges and convert into 24-pluse DC voltage.The relationship between primary and secondary turns,the winding current,and the equivalent capacity of autotransformer were analyzed.Eight ways of transformer winding connection and their performance parameters were presented,by changing the same name side,the position of the secondary winding of the autotransformer and the middle tap position of the primary winding.The superiority of this structure was validated.Finally,the feasibility of the design was verified by simulations and experiments.
