摘要
本文主要是分析矿山地质环境保护与治理的有效路径,在理论联系实践的基础上从不同角度入手提出了一些确切可行的应对方法与措施,深化法规加大投入,标准化保护和治理,构建信息化系统,调查评价、保护治理统一等,包括治理地表变形塌陷区、废水、固体废弃物,全方位加强矿山地质环境保护以及治理,确保矿产资源有效开采,满足社会经济发展中能源需求的同时矿山地质环境质量得到保证,促使经济发展与环境保护深度衔接,顺利实现"经济、社会、生态"三效益。
This paper mainly analyzes the effective path of mine geological environment protection and governance.Based on the theory and practice,it puts forward some practical and feasible countermeasures and measures from different angles,deepens regulations,increases investment,standardizes protection and governance,and builds Informatization system,investigation and evaluation,unified protection and governance,including governance of surface deformation and subsidence areas,wastewater,solid waste,comprehensively strengthen mine geological environment protection and governance,ensure the effective exploitation of mineral resources,and meet the energy needs of social and economic development.The quality of the geological environment of the mine has been guaranteed,which has promoted the deep connection between economic development and environmental protection,and successfully realized the three benefits of “economic,social and ecological”.
