摘要
介绍了某历史遗留重金属废渣污染场地修复工程。通过场地环境调查,确定了污染物为砷和铅,修复工程量为1.2万m3。本工程修复技术路线为,场地的废渣及污染土壤采用固化稳定化处理后填埋的处理方式,原场地基坑达标后采用干净的土回填,通过种植黑麦草的方式进行生态恢复。修复目标分为清运目标和浸出毒性指标,由第三方检测机构对清挖的基坑及处理后的废渣及污染土壤进行检测,采集的样品全部达到验收标准。工程的成功实施为同类历史遗留重金属污染场地项目提供了借鉴和参考。
This paper introduced the remediation of one contaminated site polluted by heavy metal smelting waste left over by history.By conducting investigation,the contaminants were As and Pb,and the quantities of the project were 1.2 ten thousand m3.The technical rout described as follows,waste residues and polluted soil were remediated by solidification and stabilization technology ,and were transported to a landfills,and then original pits were filled by clean soils and recovered using ryegrass.The target values include clearing objectives and extraction toxicity indicators.A third-party inspection institution performed both detection and analysis after finished the remediation,and the contents included excavation pits and the treated smeltling wastes and soils.All samples were detected qualified.Successful implementation of this project showed that the heavy metal contaminated site was remediated effectively,which could provide reference for other similar projects left over by history.
