摘要
目的研究肝素钠抗凝血浆应用于急诊生化检验的效果及作用。方法择2017年5月至2018年5月于本院门诊及住院予行生化检验的50例患者,分别对上述患者实施常规生化检验及肝素钠抗凝血浆生化检验,对比生化检验相关指标数据。结果两组检验样本在血糖、C反应蛋白、血肌酐、胆碱酯酶、尿素、尿酸、脂肪酶、淀粉酶等检验项目方面差异无统计学意义,肝素钠抗凝血浆谷氨酰转肽酶、血清总蛋白、钠离子等生化检验指标均高于血清,与血清相比,肝素钠抗凝血浆乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、C反应蛋白、钾离子检验结果更低,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验常用指标及常规项目之中,肝素钠抗凝血浆与血清生化检验结果差异无统计学意义,在急诊中予以生化检验时,可有针对性的选择肝素钠抗凝血浆生化检验,能够节省大量的检验时间,为临床抢救和治疗争取宝贵时间,应予以临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of heparin sodium anticoagulant plasma on emergency biochemical tests. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent biochemical tests in our outpatient clinic and hospitalization were enrolled. From May 2017 to May 2018, the patients were subjected to routine biochemical tests and heparin sodium anticoagulant plasma biochemical tests. Test relevant indicator data. Results There were no significant differences in blood glucose, C-reactive protein, serum creatinine, cholinesterase, urea, uric acid, lipase, amylase and other test items between the two groups. Conclusion Among the commonly used indicators and routine items of biochemical tests, there was no significant difference between heparin sodium anticoagulant plasma and serum biochemical test results. When biochemical tests are performed in the emergency department, heparin sodium anticoagulant plasma biochemical test can be selected in a targeted manner, which can save a large number of inspection time, for valuable time for clinical rescue and treatment, should be clinically promoted.
