摘要
当智能变电站发生故障/告警时,二次系统网络中数据量异常庞大,此时快速、准确的定位到故障/告警位置,查找到故障原因是十分困难的。一般的二次设备状态评估方法以物理设备性能为指标并利用算法进行指标评价,并未对设备中的逻辑模型进行评估。文章利用设备中的逻辑模型建立了功能集合与评价逻辑设备功能的指标体系,并以影响功能的影响因子作为触发计算的条件,完成判别功能状态的逻辑矩阵。实例证明该方法对故障判别与查找有很大的帮助。
When a fault/alarm occurs in a smart substation,the amount of data in the secondary system network is very large.And it is very difficult to locate the fault/alarm location and find reason quickly and accurately.The general assessment method to secondary device takes the physical device performance as the index and uses the algorithm to evaluate,the logic model in devices is not evaluated.This paper establishes the logic model and function gather of index system of device,and completes the logic matrix to judge the function state by using the factors which have an influence to function as the conditions for trigger calculation.The example proves that this method has a great help to fault identification and search.
