摘要
政党是一个国家发展进步的主要领导力量,国家治理关键在于政党建设。列宁在领导俄国无产阶级政党的建设和发展实践中,坚持马克思主义政党理论,并在继承的基础上提出了全面的无产阶级政党建设新思想,其从严治党思想包括加强纪律建设、严格党员要求、改善监督体制等方面,这些思想的贯彻巩固了俄国无产阶级政党的执政地位。学习和借鉴列宁的从严治党思想对我们在新的时代更好地坚持和完善党的领导,推进党的建设具有重大理论和现实意义。
Political parties are the main leading forces for the development and progress of a country. The key to national governance lies in the construction of political parties. Lenin led the Russian proletarian party’s construction and development practice, adhered to the marxist party theory, put forward a comprehensive new ideas for the construction of the proletarian party on the basis of the inhenritance. His governing party thoughts including strengthening the construction of discipline, reinforcing party requirements, improving supervision system and other measures to consolidate the party’s ruling status. It is of great significance for us to learn from Lenin’s thought of strict party discipline to better uphold and improve the party’s leadership in the new era.
