摘要
提出多种学习者课堂反思及互动策略,并且这些策略充分考虑到了影响成人学习者认知和体验的诸多因素,从而可以有效地促进成人学习。
A variety of strategies for learners'classroom reflection and interaction are put forward,and these strategies fully take into account many factors affecting adult learners'cognition and experience,so as to effectively promote adult learning.
