摘要
QuEChERS技术作为一种新型的样品前处理技术近年来得到了广泛的应用,因其具有快速、简单、廉价、有效、可靠、安全等特点而成为研究的热点。本文综述了近年来国内外QuEChERS方法在法庭科学中的应用及研究进展。简述了QuEChERS方法的建立、优点以及改进,同时对QuEChERS方法在法庭科学领域的应用前景作了简要展望。
As a new type of sample pretreatment technology,QuEChERS technology has been widely used in recent years,and it has become a research hotspot because of its characteristics of fast,simple,cheap,effective,reliable and safe.This article reviews the application and research progress of QuEChERS method in forensic science in recent years.The establishment,advantages,and optimization of the QuEChERS method are briefly described.At the same time,the future of the QuEChERS method is briefly discussed in the field of Forensic Science.
