摘要
通过设计实例对比,分析导致无键安装推入量产生不合理结果的原因,分析计算公式各参数对无键安装推入量计算结果的影响,根据中国船级社(CCS)规范中的高速船螺旋桨油压无键安装推入量计算公式原理,推导出检验公式,对无键安装计算的结果进行预判。
Through the comparison of design examples,the reasons leading to the unreasonable results of keyless installation push amount were analyzed,and the influence of the parameters of the calculation formula on the calculation results of keyless installation push amount was analyzed.The calculation formula of propeller’s oil pressure in keyless installation for high speed craft in the CCS rules and regulations was analyzed;the empirical formula was derived to predict the results of keyless installation calculation.
