摘要
目的观察分析加味酸枣仁汤联合经颅微电流刺激治疗肝郁血虚型失眠症疗效。方法该院从2016年8月—2017年8月收治的75例肝郁血虚型失眠症患者,分别采用西医、中药结合理疗治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者的PSQI(4.15±2.18)分、SRSS评分(9.12±1.25)分、不良反应发生率(0.0%)少于对照组PSQI(9.16±3.27)分、SRSS评分(23.65±4.18)分、不良反应发生率(57.1%),差异有统计学意义(t=7.688、20.958,χ~2=31.17,P<0.05)。结论加味酸枣仁汤联合经颅微电流刺激治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of modified sour jujube kernel soup combined with transcranial micro current stimulation in treatment of insomnia due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency.Methods 75 cases of patients with insomnia due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and respectively treated with western medicine and TCM combined with physiotherapy,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PSQI(4.15±2.18)points,SRSS(9.12±1.25)points,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions 0.0%in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group[(9.12±1.25)points,(23.65±4.18)points,57.1%],and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.688,20.958,χ^2=31.17,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified sour jujube kernel soup combined with transcranial micro current stimulation in treatment of insomnia due to stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency is obvious.
