摘要
提出了一种适用于重载铁路的泡沫轻质土路基结构,对泡沫轻质土物理力学性质进行了试验研究。建立35~40 t轴作用下重泡沫轻质土路基结构有限元模型,计算分析了路基动荷载的幅值、分布、传递规律、作用深度。在室内开展了泡沫轻质土路基结构实尺模型试验,结果表明,在大荷载疲劳条件下,动变形小于0. 36 mm,累积变形小于0. 80 mm。泡沫轻质土路基结构性能较好,具有较为稳定的抵抗变形的能力。
This paper proposed a foamed lightweight soil subgrade structure suitable for heavy haul railway.Physical and mechanical properties of foamed lightweight soil were studied,finite element model was established for foamed lightweight soil subgrade structure with axle load of 35~40 t,which was used to calculate the amplitude,distribution,transmission law and action depth of the subgrade dynamic load,and the full-scale model test of foamed lightweight soil subgrade was carried out indoors.The results show that the dynamic deformation is less than 0.36 mm and the cumulative deformation is less than 0.8 mm under the condition of heavy load fatigue,the foamed lightweight soil subgrade structure has better performance and has a relatively stable ability to resist deformation.
