摘要
目的探讨康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能及脑卒中后肩手综合征发生率的影响。方法选择我院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的60例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予康复护理干预。比较两组患者运动功能、日常生活能力、神经缺损程度、肩手综合征发生情况及认知功能。结果护理前,两组患者FMA、MBI及NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者FMA、MBI评分均显著升高,NIHSS评分均显著下降,且研究组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组脑卒中后肩手综合征发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组MMSE评分显著高于护理前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中康复护理能改善患者日常生活能力和运动系统功能,并减少脑卒中后肩手综合征发生,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and incidence of shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke patients.Methods Sixty stroke patients admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The motor function,daily living ability,neurological deficit,shoulder-hand syndrome and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of FMA,MBI and NIHSS between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of FMA and MBI in both groups increased significantly,while the scores of NIHSS decreased significantly,and those in the research group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of shoulder-hand syndrome in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the MMSE score of research group was significantly higher than that before nursing and the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke rehabilitation nursing can improve the recovery of daily living ability and motor system function of patients,and reduce the incidence of shoulder-hand syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
