摘要
目的研究艾灸疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者自主神经功能的影响。方法选取医院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的70例脑卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。两组患者入院后均行常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗后给予度洛西汀,观察组在对照组基础上行艾灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者HAMD、NIHSS评分显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者上、下肢SSR潜伏期均显著缩短,且观察组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者R、DB时的RRIV水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者一般健康状况、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、精力、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁可有效缓解患者抑郁症状,促进神经功能恢复,降低SSR、RRIV水平以纠正自主神经功能紊乱,还可提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of moxibustion therapy on autonomic nervous function in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods Seventy patients with post-stroke depression admitted in the hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated routinely after admission,the control group was treated with duloxetine after routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and NIHSS in the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SSR latency of upper and lower limbs in both groups significantly shortened,and those in the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RRIV at R and DB in both groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of general health,social functioning,role-emotional,mental health,vitality,physical functioning,role-physical and bodily pain in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms,promote neurological recovery and reduce the levels of SSR and RRIV to correct autonomic nervous dysfunction,it also can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
