摘要
目的探讨健脾益胃汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2018年1月收治的144例CAG患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(72例,胃苏颗粒治疗)与观察组(72例,健脾益胃汤加减治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前、后的中医症状积分、胃黏膜三叶因子3(TFF3)、胃泌素-17水平、SAS及SDS评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的各项中医临床症状评分均明显降低,TFF3及胃泌素-17水平均明显改善,SAS及SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益胃汤加减治疗CAG的效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Jianpi Yiwei decoction in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 144 cases of CAG patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(72 cases,Weisu granule treatment)and observation group(72 cases,modified Jianpi Yiwei decoction treatment).The scores of TCM clinical symptom,levels of gastric mucosa trifolium factor 3(TFF3),gastrin-17,scores of SAS and SDS before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM clinical symptoms in both groups significantly decreased,levels of TFF3 and gastrin-17 significantly improved,scores of SAS and SDS significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Jianpi Yiwei decoction in the treatment of CAG has a significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
