摘要 目的研究非阻生第三磨牙对邻牙探诊深度(PD)、出血、龋病、松动及根分叉病变的影响和治疗建议。方法选取我院收治的保留有第三磨牙的患者110例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组(n=55,第二磨牙有相邻的非阻生第三磨牙)和对照组(n=55,第二磨牙无相邻的非阻生第三磨牙)。比较两组患者第二磨牙的牙周PD、探诊出血指数(BOP)、龋齿发生率、松动度和根分叉病变各分度患者占比。结果观察组第二磨牙的PD、BOP、龋齿发生率、松动度及根分叉病变各分度患者占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔内非阻生第三磨牙的存在对邻牙的健康有一定的危害,会影响邻牙的PD、松动等,应尽早治疗。 Objective To study the effects of non-impedance third molar on the probing depth(PD),bleeding,dental caries,loosening,and furcation involvement and treatment suggestions.Methods A total of 110 patients with retained third molars admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=55,second molars with adjacent non-impacted third molars)and control group(n=55,second molar without adjacent non-impacted third molar).The PD,bleeding on probing(BOP),incidence of dental caries,percentage of patients with each degree of looseness and bifurcation lesions of the second molars of the two groups were compared.Results The PD,BOP,incidence of dental caries,percentages of patients with each degree of looseness and bifurcation lesions of the second molars in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The presence of non-impedance third molars in the oral cavity has certain harm to the health of adjacent teeth,which will affect the PD and loosening of the adjacent teeth.It should be treated as soon as possible.
