摘要 目的探究ICU优化治疗对心脏骤停后综合征患者意识及神经功能恢复的影响。方法选择2012年6月至2018年6月在我院进行ICU治疗的60例心脏骤停后综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予ICU常规治疗,观察组给予ICU优化治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的心脏指数和GEDVI均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经功能结局良好率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组癫痫、心律失常、肺水肿、肺炎及其他并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICU优化治疗可明显促进心脏骤停后综合征患者意识恢复和神经功能恢复,同时未诱发明显的并发症。 Objective To explore the effect of ICU optimal treatment on recovery of consciousness and neurological function in patients with post-cardiac arrest syndrome.Methods From June 2012 to June 2018,60 patients with post-cardiac arrest syndrome admitted in ICU of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given ICU routine treatment,while the observation group was given ICU optimal treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cardiac index and GEDVI in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery of neurological function in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the good rate of neurological outcome in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of epilepsy,arrhythmia,pulmonary edema,pneumonia and other complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ICU optimal treatment can significantly promote the recovery of consciousness and neurological function in patients with post-cardiac arrest syndrome,without inducing obvious complications.
