摘要
目的通过生育力保存相关问卷调查,深入了解安徽省高校大学生生育力保存的现状。方法于2018年4月2日～7月19日,对安徽省9所高校各抽取1个班级进行《大学生生育力保存问卷调查》,依据大学生性别、专业和是否独生子女等相关信息进行分类比较。结果共发放问卷231份,回收合格问卷200份,合格率为86.58%。安徽省大学生的性生活史比例较低(仅18.70%～41.65%),但多采取主动避孕措施(74.03%～93.88%);绝大多数学生有婚后生育的意愿(73.98%～88.31%),其规划的生育年龄集中在27～29岁(53.25%～73.17%);大学生对不孕不育较为重视,对导致生育力下降的认知度较高(60.00%～95.00%),且多数大学生愿意接受生育力保存措施(66.67%～74.03%)。分类比较:男生的性生活史较多,女生和理科学生更偏向于27～29岁生育,其中女生更重视"高龄"因素,独生子女则更为重视"流产"因素所致,上述分类比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安徽省大学生对生育力保存的总体认知情况较好,但规划的生育年龄则有所偏大。
Objective To questionnaires related to fertility preservation,the present situation of fertility preservation of college students in Anhui Province is thoroughly understood.Methods From April 2 to July 19,2018,the survey on fertility preservation of college students was conducted in nine colleges and universities in anhui province,the data were classified and compared according to sex,specialty and whether or not the only child was born.Results A total of 231 questionnaires were sent out,and 200 qualified questionnaires were recovered,the qualified rate was 86.58%.The proportion of sexual life history among college students in Anhui Province is low(only 18.70%-41.65%),but most of them take active contraceptive measures(74.03%-93.88%).The majority of students have the willingness to have children after marriage(73.98%-88.31%),and their planned reproductive age is concentrated in 27-29 years(53.25%-73.17%).College students attach more importance to infertility and infertility.They have a higher awareness of the decline in fertility(60.00%-95.00%).Most of them are willing to accept fertility preservation measures(66.67%-74.03%).Classification comparison:boys had more sexual life history,girls and science students preferred to have children between 27 and 29 years old.Among them,girls paid more attention to the"old age"factor,while only children paid more attention to the"abortion"factor,the differences between the above classifications were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion College students in Anhui Province have a better overall understanding of fertility preservation,but the planned reproductive age is somewhat older.
